Why Choose Us

Since 2014, the BayHorse Foundation Trust has been dedicated to working with Native Americans facing land and water challenges along the Colorado River system, especially in the Duchesne River Watershed and White River tributaries to the Green River.

These land and water resources have long been integral to the Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation, originally established in 1861 and 1882 respectively, and have been part of the Ute people since time immemorial.
